Cette nouvelle cit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour d\u00e9sengorger l&#8217;ancienne ville et favoriser un d\u00e9veloppement plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9. La population vis\u00e9e est de 150 000 habitants sur une superficie de 1 500 ha. Pour garantir un environnement sain, l&#8217;\u00e9tude s&#8217;est concentr\u00e9e sur l&#8217;\u00e9vacuation des eaux. Un r\u00e9seau mixte a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u, avec une recherche et une analyse de donn\u00e9es, une d\u00e9termination des demandes de base et une mod\u00e9lisation avec le logiciel EP ANET. Les r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 que la grande majorit\u00e9 des vitesses et des pressions \u00e9taient satisfaisantes. Le r\u00e9seau d&#8217;\u00e9vacuation des eaux us\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 dimensionn\u00e9 avec le logiciel d&#8217;assainissement Mensura et respecte les conditions d&#8217;autocurage. Enfin, l&#8217;\u00e9vacuation des eaux pluviales a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 des \u00e9tudes topographiques et hydrologiques pour d\u00e9terminer les d\u00e9bits et les sous-bassins.
